K-12+ science festival with hands-on exhibits, experts, and activities for everybody!
Exploring Your Universe (EYU) is an all-ages scientific fair held at UCLA Court of scientific, and it is the largest science outreach event in Los Angeles. On the first Sunday in November, over 50+ scientific booths, solar and nocturnal telescopes, planetarium presentations, and science talks combine to provide a fun, interactive science learning experience for K-12 children of all ages and backgrounds.
Last year’s booths included hands-on activities like constructing flying toy rockets, as well as displays like the Meteorite Gallery. There were also unique events such as Sundae Science: Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Extravaganza and Are We Alone in the Universe? presentations.
